[dba-Tech] Dialog Box Positioning

Hi Mark,

I just looked at this. It isn't something I need because my one taskbar,
and the desktop, already spans across both monitors. I'm using Nvidia
software to manage my monitors.

So, my PC sees my desktop as a single 3200 X 1200 virtual monitor, and when
a dialog box pops up, it goes right in the middle of that, half on one
physical monitor and half on the other.

The MultiMon taskbar program wasn't designed to determine which physical
monitor a dialog box should center on when it opens.

Thanks!
Dan

Hello Dan,

below is from Mr Colbys recent email

it does work well so far - on Win2k8 BTW

Mark

I just found this, WAY COOL! It puts a toolbar at the bottom of the second
monitor that displays
the icons for the programs being displayed on the second monitor.

How come no one told me about this?
