[dba-Tech] [dba-OT] Upload speed

Are you sure Filezilla is showing Kbps (kilobits per second) and not KBps (Kilobytes per 
second).  FTP programs usually show the latter and 900Kbps speed will give you an effective 
60-90KBps allowing for overheads.
