Hi Steve: To the best of my knowledge the best you can do with the master account is to change the password...and that's it. But I didn't try to DELETE the account; I merely disabled it. Once I did that then one of the other accounts -- the account for the owner of the business -- went wonky and he couldn't log in. What's with the apparent linking between accounts? Granted, I didn't get any feedback from other users on the system; that is, nobody else claimed that they couldn't log in. It's just that this "base" account has got its hooks into the business owner's account somehow. That's what's got me baffled.
