If you press [Ctrl]+A, you select the entire document, except the headers, footers, footnotes, etc. If you're in the header/footer section or the footnotes section, pressing [Ctrl]+A will select everything in that section, but nothing in the actual document. I can come up with a macro to do it all, but is there an existing shortcut I don't know about that will select everything? Susan H.
