[dba-Tech] VBE dockables

Already seen that one -- I'm missing something -- when I get close to the 
corner (edge), the window gets real wide. I'll look at it again tomorrow 
with fresh eyes.

I said not, but I mean now -- they're now stretched between the left and 
right margins.
