[dba-Tech] A global warming fairy tale

Historically it has almost always been the first snow between Nov.1 and
Nov. 15. Most always in the past 35 years anyway, not much of a
climate-estimate but that's as long as I have lived here. And the rest is
fiction, as it were. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
