Yes, I was just looking at the corprate e-mail on my droid and it is designed to connect directly to an Exchange server. Opening up the port to go to the server I "think" is going to be the easy part. Making it a secure connection and blocking hackers is my other concern. The iPhones, Androids and Windows phones that I've seen do, at least. Even the Nokia phones on Symbian have a Mail for Exchange tool, so I can't see that it would be too hard to do. Blackberries are another matter. I believe you have to install Blackberry Enterprise Server on your Exchange server to make them talk. I'm using a Sonicwall firewall appliance between the internet and our network and with a dynamic IP address. I can use DynDns or no-ip if I need to have a static ip but what settings to I need to make on the firewall and server to allow users to securely connect? Any ideas or links would be appreciated.
