[dba-Tech] Microsoft Windows 7 cell phones are having problems

Every byte still costs money in a lot of parts of the world on a PC.  

Here in PNG it still costs about 7c US per MB for everything we download.   Yep those "free" 
CD sized downloads cost me  about $40 a time. :-(
