Hi Martin You must have been given something more. 192.168 is not an address, it should be like 192.168.1.123 or 192.168.1.123:3456 if a non-default port is used. However, as you sit at an Active Directory, the server to address will have a hostname which could be like serverxyz.qub.ac.local and would be preferable to use. Also, access from your workstation must have been granted. What did your notwork guy tell you? /gustav >>> mwp.reid at qub.ac.uk 27-07-2011 20:59:49 >>> I have created a VPN connection which I have working. I have been given an internal IP (192.168) which I was told to use for remote desktop. Of course it dosnt work. How can I remote into another server desktop using the VPN connection?
