Another cheap tablet has hit the market. It seems that India, with major government involvement is now producing a line of tablets, which will start at $35 and $60 outside India http://tinyurl.com/3slonsw It is a tablet device that is really trimmed down using only inexpensive components and it is definitely not fast but for people on a very tight budget this might for you.
