[dba-Tech] The state of the web

Of course it can be done with a desktop type application..  

It helps if you use a OOP approach and encapsulated functionality and resources into a 
collection of small DLLs,

The same sort of thinh happens all the time with AV program updates etc.  How many 
installations of Avast etc do you think get updated every minute?
