I have got ASUS N76Vz  to home/office today: i7/4 cores/12GB/256GB SSD/1TB HDD.../Win8 Pro

Getting from 'Sleep' into active mode - 2.5 seconds, getting 'asleep' or hibernated - 3 seconds, 'unhibernate' - 7.5 seconds etc.

I will have quite some setup to do with it in the coming days, currently I have found that VMWare Workstation 9 doesn't even run setup on a PC with Hyper-Venabled - so I have to get learned some Hyper-V administration skills. I have got already a Win8 VM installed under Hyper-V Manager it took about 5-7 minutes to run Win8 VM setup on the ASUS N76Vz notebook...

...

Thank you.

That's good that you have narrowed it down to the specific model you need.
