[dba-Tech] Addressing Chinese

I received a lead from Sony Electronics Singapore for an evaluation copy of
my system.  I want to call to follow up with the requestor by phone. Her
name is Yen Cheng Koo.  I happen to know it's a she.
 
Does anyone know, when I talk to her, how do I address her?
