I do not have currently any real plans to move out of C# or MS SQL - doing some PostgreSQL as just a test project I'm helping with, but I must note I have spent some time today with Python reading/going through Python tutorials (including some SQLLite samples) - just typing all that stuff in Ubuntu 12.04 Hyper-V VM command line window and I have got really impressed with Python flexibility and "succinct" power: when just reading about Python one does not have that "feeling of Python programming power under one's fingertips" :)
