Hear, hear!! Props to the business app developers (just because I are one) who daily do battle with users who either don't know what they really want until you write it and they see and then figure it out, or users who know exactly what they want and call you every day to tell you how 'exactly what they want' today differs from what they wanted yesterday. Which you need to not charge them for.
