[dba-Tech] How to get data of 16 year old 5 1/4 inch floppy

I have kept a couple of 5.25" drives. However, these days trouble would also be to find an old Pentium-type machine with a FDD controller _and_ the cable with two different connectors, but I think I have both somewhere. 

If you are desperate enough, I would gladly try to locate the parts ...

Any idea how I can read an old 51/4 inch floppy disk ?

I can find a specialist company if necessary but it would be nice to be
able to do it myself
