[dba-Tech] How to get data of 16 year old 5 1/4 inch floppy

Failing all else I might try to find an old external - or even internal - 5
1/4 on eBay.  Maybe a computer repair shop would have one and could read the
disk for you?  I assume this is a one-shot deal.
