[dba-Tech] Oracle has made some bold claims

Hi Peter:

I am just guessing of course, but the writer may have figured it out on his
own. Have you ever noticed, in around twenty years in the business, a tech
starts to develop a certain cynicism and distrust of certain major players
and I just don't know why? :-)
