The promise of this emulator is a bit overstated. If you compare it to the wine project, you can immediately see the difficulty in this task. A lot of windows apps rely heavily on specific windows apis, many of which are no longer present on Windows RT, so if you are hoping for full compatibility and the ability to run any windows app, in afraid you will most certainly be out of luck.
