Epic fail! It's one thing to have downtime. Even Amazon AWS has its bad days, but its breathtaking that a cloud hosting service could go completely down because of an expires HTTPS certificate. Heads will roll for this, for sure, but its surprising that a single thing can bring down an entire system.
