Hi Tina:

Hardly simple minded but there are issues, in this case with straight "
enforce referential integrity ". It is more thoroughly explained in a
previous post.

Okay, first I would make a copy of the database as it stands, now.  That 
would be my backup for safekeeping.

Then, couldn't you enforce referential integrity and enable cascade delete?

Or, am I being too simple-minded?  I do that, sometimes.  :-)
