I think I wrote that a little too fast. BeOS VMs don't work under VirtualBox. Kind of an interpretation of their document which lists what OS/VMs are supported. Usually If they're not supported they so works but not supported. So I'm taking it that a BeOS VM just doesn't work. I could be reading it wrong. -----Original Message----- From: dba-tech-bounces at databaseadvisors.com [mailto:dba-tech-bounces at databaseadvisors.com] On Behalf Of Hans-Christian Andersen Sent: Thursday, January 31, 2013 11:05 AM To: Discussion of Hardware and Software issues Subject: Re: [dba-Tech] Another OS operating system I don't think BeOS handles virtual box well (unless you have hardware virtualisation turned on in your bios and CPU, perhaps?). But haiku has a virtual box image you can download off their site. - Hans On 2013-01-31, at 7:03 AM, "John Bartow" <john at winhaven.net> wrote: > I recently checked VirtualBox and it does not support BeOS. > > -----Original Message----- > From: dba-tech-bounces at databaseadvisors.com > [mailto:dba-tech-bounces at databaseadvisors.com] On Behalf Of Arthur > Fuller > Sent: Thursday, January 31, 2013 8:38 AM > To: Discussion of Hardware and Software issues > Subject: Re: [dba-Tech] Another OS operating system > > Has anyone developed a BeOS VM?
