Hi Arthur: Very interesting... It could do nothing but help Microsoft...in the long run. Aside: Patents are why companies buy out other companies. The patent trolls are always searching for another hapless violator, on which to feast. It should be noted that most of Microsoft's cell phone revenue comes from fees paid by Google, because of some old patent which could have stopped the Android OS from ever being made, if an agreement had not been reached. So in essence, Google is helping Microsoft buy Nokia.
