HI Jim -- As I don't currently have MS Surface Pro 2 I I will probably purchase something like "Wacom Intuos Manga Pen and Touch Small (CTH480S2)" http://goo.gl/nPbfN5 Do you know would it also work as an "ordinary PC mouse" with MS Windows programs?
