[dba-Tech] friends don't let friends use ie

Apparently the safest rule is to never browse the internet with any 
version of Internet Explorer. If you need to download sonmething from a 
Microsoft site, or if you need an IE-requiring functionality on another 
site you trust, navigate there with FF or Chrome or Safari, copy the url 
to IE, do you business, then close IE right away.

Any exceptions?
