Hi All: Yet another adventure with Flash. <Rant mode on> Though it has been a very useful program maybe it is about time that it was retired, at least the proprietary version. Steve Jobs saw right away how potentially dangerous Flash could be and swore off it. Being an Open source product may not guarantee that there are never any errors, as proved by OpenSSL but look what happened when an error was discovered. Within hours there were half a dozen fixes and the entire market has since rallied together, to stop any such future errors. This of course will never happen with proprietary software, or should it, but when such a product becomes little more than a menace maybe it is time to be giving two option: To be banned or to be allow to join the ranks of the OSS community. (Notice that I did not mention IE...) <rant mode off> http://arstechnica.com/security/2014/04/windows-0day-flash-bug-under-active-attack-threatens-os-x-linux-too Jim
