[dba-Tech] Attention Windows 8 Users

I forget who pointed me to it, but there's a wonderful utility called
Classic Shell that brings the features of the Start button to Windows 8.
Actually it does a lot more than that, but that's a good thumbnail
description of its purpose. Of particular note is its enhanced version of
the old Control Panel item.
