[dba-Tech] How to turn camera on?

Hi Arthur,

For a single interview, I'd consider using Skype or Google's Hangout.  
Initiating a video call with one of these will automatically turn on the 
camera, so, you don't have to.

I'm curious about the webcam interview-podcast-thousands-of-responses 
thing, though.  I think the answer is "yes" but I'm not completely clear 
on what the question really is.

Can you share more information about this project?
