BC is virtually a free Cannabis region as small amounts are not being prosecuted. 

...But with Washington and Oregon states legalizing the product, BC's current largest cash crop, has seen its sales dramatically drop. Huge volumes of the weed have been passing through the borders for years using the traditional methods. It would take a pretty large 'copter to challenge the volumes that are currently being transported. ;-)

This sounds like a huge win for drug dealers in B.C. A few dozen pair of
surgical gloves and a few dozen copters and wow, the expenses go way down,
not to mention the bustio (I made that term up, but I think you can guess
what it means)
