[dba-Tech] Announcing Xamarin 3

Hi Gustav:

I have been looking into Xamarian and have been hearing a lot of noise.

According to some, all the new features are well and good but there are some serious bugs in the code and the company has failed to address them in a timely manner. Seeing the product is not an OSS type application and the payment structures are not inexpensive, we shouldn't be hearing/reading a lot of serious complaints over quality control.

Here is some of the complaints:

https://gist.github.com/anonymous/38850edf6b9105ee1f8a
...and...
https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=21995

There are many more such comments so before you invest a lot of time and money proceed with caution...Just a heads up.

Jim
