Hi all
I've just found this on Spiceworks<http://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/107155-how-to-bypass-browser-lockout-on-a-malware-infected-pc-using-html-help?utm_function=use&utm_channel=swemail&utm_source=spotlight&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=spotlight&utm_content=150312&utme=body+article+cta> (which is a REALLY great site for IT admins) - it's how to get online with a PC that's full of malware in order to get it fixed:
Basically, you open Start > Run, and type "hh h". This opens HTML help, which is a completely separate entity of a web browser to the one that's installed on the PC. From there, you click on the question mark in the top left corner, and choose "Jump to URL". Enter your url (most likely to be www.malwarebytes.org<http://www.malwarebytes.org>) and you can get to the site and download the tools to clean the PC up.
