Hi Shamil

Thanks for the hint.

I haven't used Silverlight on my home machine, but both "Microsoft Silverlight" and "Microsoft Silverlight 5 SDK" seem to be installed.

 Hi All --

The subject issue solved by removing SL5 System registry key. Then starting VS2015, which asked to setup SL5 dev tools. Running this setup. It failed first time. Then running it again one or more times - I can't reproduce. Anyway it (SL5 debugging) works now for both VS2012 and VS2015.

I'd recommend: please don't touch SL5 and SL5 Business Applications (formerly known as WCF RIA Services) development. Or ask very big fee for such development and plenty of time. Unlimited. As you'll never know what new surprise you'll meet with.

Thank you.

>Wait. (Google first - see quite a few people have had this issue but nobody yet in Win10?) Try it. Do you have Win10? First try to find in "Programs and Features" where is your Silverlight 5 setup. Do you have it? I don't. So no way to remove SL5 from "Programs and Features" to rerun its setup and to run a proposed in the above link to setup both Silverlight 5 and SL5 Deveolper tools.
