Cute.  A little like the new Lumia phone with Windows 10.
I think we have only seen the beginning of small if not tiny Windows 10 devices.

You'll need a screen (any screen -- with an HDMI cable you can use your TV if you wish), and a mouse and keyboard, but the box itself is the size of a phablet, and comes with 2GB of RAM, 18GB of disk space, 2 USB ports, and Windows 10 Home edition pre-installed.
