Thanks. I went through the article and I see nothing that I haven't done
correctly. I'll have to see if the client has an activation code in their
box.

Upgrading a Windows 8 Toshiba laptop for a local non-profit.
All went well until Windows 10 asks for an activation code. There's no
sticker on this laptop! It came with Win8 preloaded. Now what to do?
