I often have everything open; just as often have only the browser open while
researching. It'll be an interesting test, but I still don't see the need to
force users into their account to see support documents that are probably
available to folks without an account.

May be. Give it a try. Although in that vein of thought having Word, Excel
or any MSO app open that is lgeed in would be similar.

As a side note, I don't stay logged into any 365 accounts because I'm
constantly switching between all of the ones I manage. But I did just notice
that Word says I am logged into my live.com account. So then I remembered, I
have Outlook open all the time and it knows who I am too. So - I lied.
