Nothing wrong with that. My Win10 system has a full backup of both its
Windows 7 and Windows XP versions on the server that I can restore in short
order if I want to.
My Windows 98 system remains Windows 98 :-)

Okay, the bottom line is:
My Win 7 box remains Win 7
My Win 8.1 box remains Win 8.1
My Win XP box remains Win XP
Sometime next year I will purchase a Win 10 box.
The separate boxen, running different OSs will continue as before.
Thank you to everyone who responded.
