[dba-Tech] Built in web editor

I used it as part of a Drupal installation.

Didn't particularly care for it. It felt cumbersome and was difficult
to do anything more than simple text.

Now that could have been the way it was integrated with Drupal and not
the editor itself, I can't say for sure.
