For all those who have worked with creating images and subsequently building virtual drives, here is a link to a product that should satisfy all your needs. This product can make an image created on any platform compatible with any virtual application managers like, VMWare, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, XEN, Proxmox, Citrix, KVM, even QEMU and so on.

Check out the open source machine emulator and visual software package. It will install on all major OSs.

Of course some OSs in these converted images have migration issues... Windows 10 can be a blue-screen bear but there are numerous hacks out on the internet that explain how to work around these issue and once resolved it is easy to crank out dozens of copies in minutes. :-)
