Do an installation repair on Outlook.
Windows 7: Control Panel | Programs and Features | Apps | "n Office n" | "change"
Windows 10: Settings | Apps | "n Office n" | "change"

If get a choice on repair or online repair - choose online, it more through and doesn't take long when you live in a high speed area.

Subject: [dba-Tech] Outlook Problem(s)

Dear List(s):

I got an update to Office 2010 in the middle of the night a few weeks ago and lost a very handy feature.

1. Used to be if I right clicked a file in the context menu that popped
up I could select Send ToàMail Recipient and an email with the file as an attachment would be created. The Send ToàMail Recipient is still there but nothing happens - no email with attachment.

1. Further, I used to be able to drag and drop a file to an email to
attach -= which still works for docs, jpgs, pdfs, and xls but that no longer works for zip files (haven't tested other extensions).

Does anybody know what the fix is for either 1 or 2 or both?
