If they're imap or exchange then you can't. But you can still set up most emails with pop3, then you can. You just have to make sure you set the data storage to an existing file. You can change that after the fact by going into accounts and data storage.
It worked the same with O2010 so I'm assuming you could open 2010 to see what your account settings were.
If you have the business O365 then you can use the web interface to bring email from other accounts directly into your main email by finding "connectors" and setting those up. Then you only have to have your main account setup on the desktop. That's a better setup because then you get the benefit of MS exchange's spam and malware scanning.

Subject: [dba-Tech] Outlook 365
I am looking for some help with a new install of Outlook 365.
My old set up was O2010. It used a .pst file. i was able to check 5+ email
accounts see the incoming emails in the one inbox. Life was good.
To get ready for the new install, I did a test on an old laptop. I was
forced to enter an email address, which I did. I thought that I was setting
up what used to be called "accounts". But I soon realized I now had 6
inboxs.
I then imported my old .pst file. Still another inbox.
How can I get all my email to go to the one inbox that has all my old
folders ?
I read up on pst vs ost and became more knowledgeable, but still not to
recreate my old setup.
