YES
It just takes adding the new email account and using the "manual" feature. At that point, you given an option to use a .pst file as well.

Gotta love slipstick.com

Thanks Dan

Good luck -- I'm sorry I can't be more helpful! It does seem like a feature a lot of people want because a lot has been written about it and always the same... you can't do it. ☹ It's possible that on Exchange (and with some 365 subscriptions you get online Exchange) or some expert development, it can be done, but both are over my head with Outlook. If you want to contact a few to look into it further, I'm glad to recommend a couple of good ones.

Thanks Susan
I particularly hoped you might have an answer.
>From what I have read, seems I would have the same issue with O2016.
Almost ready to install O2010.

Bob: Unfortunately, I don't believe it's possible -- IMAP is the problem I think, but not sure. I hope someone else can give you more infomation or possibly a solution. But, after a bit of research on my own for someone else, I wasn't able to do it -- but I'm not an Outlook expert either.

The desktop version.

Thx

Are you setting up the online Mail or the desktop version?

Susan H.

I am looking for some help with a new install of Outlook 365.
My old set up was O2010. It used a .pst file. i was able to check 5+ email accounts see the incoming emails in the one inbox. Life was good.
To get ready for the new install, I did a test on an old laptop. I was forced to enter an email address, which I did. I thought that I was setting up what used to be called "accounts". But I soon realized I now had 6 inboxs.
I then imported my old .pst file. Still another inbox.
How can I get all my email to go to the one inbox that has all my old folders ?
I read up on pst vs ost and became more knowledgeable, but still not to recreate my old setup.

Tia
