Found it in WIndows 7, or close enough. I'm currently restoring the system to a previous restore point. It's already done, and now the malware is gone. Hooray! I'll have to reinstall a few things, but that I can live with, for sure.

Incidentally, in five hours it will officially be Spring! Another hooray ​ A.
