They need to change their business model.  Which means that a lot of
shareholder value is going to go away. 

The best explanation I've heard of the problem was last night on PBS
Newshour.  Starting at 6:51 there's a summary of the events and then at
10:45 an interview with Roger  McNamee,  one of Facebook's original
investors who gave a startlingly clear explanation of what the problem is at
Facebook.
