Also, borders around text boxes to be filled by the user are so light that

I'm using Firefox 66.0.2 (64 bit).  Somewhere a few weeks or couple of
months ago something change and on pages with text - especially where I have
to fill in name, address, etc., the text is in light gray instead of black.


 

I can't find any setting that affects this.  Does anyone know what's causing
this and how to fix?
