Thanks for the idea. I tried to do that. One display is HDMI and one is VGA.  I wasn't sure if the HDMI display had a VGA jack as well.  So I started to turn it around to see.  As I did the comp made a sound that indicated a device was unplugged. Then, the displays righted themselves. 

WTF??!!  Now I have no idea what caused it OR what fixed it.  :-|

But if it ain't broke...
