[dba-Tech] SQL 2019 Installation problem

I'm installing the above for the first time, and getting an error that says
"Missing system administrator account. provide at least one Windows account
to  provision as a SQL Server system administrator."
1. How do I do that? (Windows 10, incidentally)
2. Should I cancel the installation, do step One and then re-install, or
can I just pause the install, do step one and then resume the SQL
installation?
