[dba-Tech] Chromebook horror

Yea, as you've discovered, chromebooks are cheap for a reason.  Actually
two reasons.  No Windows license, and very low end hardware because they
don't need much ro run a browser.  The "32 gb" is exactly what you suspect,
the size of the storage drive.  Main memory is probably 2 gb.

Rooting for you to get it wrestled into a usable shape.
