[dba-Tech] WAMP server setup - cross-posted

Thank you, Stuart. Since this area of work is new to me, I did  not know 
what to expect. One note said that if the icon on the taskbar was green, 
things were good. I did not see any icon on the taskbar. When I looked 
inside the group of icons not visible on the taskbar, such as my 
anti-malware icon, my networks icon, and the like, there it was, a nice 
little green w. In fact, I have two of them, so I probably should shut 
down one.
