That's a good idea. I've done that by adding a custom field to email already. I'll try that out. Wish I'd thought of it. 😊

Simpler solution - combine all to-do tasks in the one list but prefix each task with a letter of number identifying which account the task belongs to.
You'd also that way have a picture of all of today's tasks are an if you'll be able to handle them all or have to move one or more to a later date.
Possible?
