[dba-Tech] Just lost a Word file

If you're using OneDrive (or even just have it installed), check
your %TEMT% directory and make sure it isn't full of files named 
aria-debug-nnnn.log with a new one being create every 10 minutes :(
I tried everything I could find on the intertubes to stop them and 
the only way I succeeded was to completely un-instal OneDrive!
